Service vs Partner Offering
Why a service page shows a general description and then each partner's own scope, documents and price.
A service page on Fingaon has two layers.
| The service | A partner's offering | |
|---|---|---|
| Example | "Individual ITR Filling" | What one partner does for it |
| Tells you | What the service is and what it typically needs | Exactly what that partner includes, the documents they'll ask for, their price and turnaround |
| Written by | Fingaon, kept neutral | The partner |
Sections such as Typically included and Documents usually needed describe the service in general. They are not a promise from any one partner.
To see what a specific partner offers, open What … includes under the partner's name. Two partners can offer the same service with different deliverables, documents and prices. That's what makes comparing them useful.
What goes into my request?
When you pick a partner, the review step shows that partner's deliverables and documents. The quote they send you starts from their own scope, and they can tailor it to your situation before you accept it.
