Accounts & Roles
How platform roles and firm-member roles determine what you can see and do on Fingaon.
Access on Fingaon is governed by two layers of roles.
Platform roles
Every account has one platform role:
| Role | Who it is |
|---|---|
CLIENT | A client using the Fingaon Hub. |
FIRM_ADMIN | An administrator of a service-partner firm. |
FIRM_USER | A member of a firm's team. |
ADMIN | Fingaon platform administrator. |
Firm-member roles
Within a firm, each member also has a firm role that controls what they can do in the Workspace:

STAFF
- Owner — full control of the firm account, billing, and team.
- Admin — manage services, clients, and most settings.
- Manager — run day-to-day delivery and client work.
- Staff — work on assigned requests and tasks.
Membership status
A member's access can also be INVITED, ACTIVE, SUSPENDED, or RELEASED. If you have lost access, your membership may have changed — ask your firm owner. See Why am I being asked to log in again?.
