Reports & Audit Logs
Review your firm's activity trail and financial activity across requests, pay orders, and invoices.
Your Workspace keeps a durable record of what happened and when — useful for accountability, handovers, and disputes.
Audit Log
The Audit Log is a trail of key actions across your firm: who did what, to which record, and when. Use it to answer "who changed this?" and to reconstruct the history of a request or an account change.
Transactions
The Transactions view brings your financial activity together — quotes, pay orders, invoices, and settlements — so you can see money movement across the practice in one place, rather than per request.
What to reach for, when
- A client disputes a step → Audit Log for the exact sequence and timestamps.
- Reconciling a payout → Transactions and Settlements.
- Reviewing a filing's history → the request itself, which holds documents, messages, and status changes.
Tip
The request is your working record; the Audit Log and Transactions are the cross-cutting views for accountability and money. Between them you can always show exactly what happened.
