- A firm's profile and identity type (individual practitioner vs organization).
- Its GST registration status — which determines whether it issues GST or non-GST invoices.
- Its team and the members' roles and statuses.
Why it matters
Clients trust the marketplace because firms are real and accountable. Admin oversight of firm profiles and verification is what keeps that trust intact — a firm's presentation, GSTIN, and team are all part of how clients decide who to work with.

A firm's own owner manages its services, clients, and team day to day. Admin steps in for verification, quality, and exceptions — not routine operations.
