Manage the marketplace service catalog and what becomes discoverable.
The catalog has two layers, and it's worth keeping them straight:
- Service — the platform's canonical taxonomy: the kinds of services that can exist on Fingaon.
- FirmService — a specific firm's offering of a service, with their own scope and pricing.
Publication
A service only becomes discoverable to clients once it is published. It moves through:
DRAFT
PROPOSED
PENDING_REVIEW
PUBLISHED
Also possible: UNPUBLISHED and ARCHIVED.
What admins do here
- Steward the canonical taxonomy so the marketplace stays coherent.
- Review anything in
PENDING_REVIEWbefore it goes live to clients.
Note
Firms create and publish their own offerings; admin curates the shared taxonomy and reviews what needs a second look before it's discoverable.
