Monitor financial activity across the platform.
The Transactions view brings platform-wide money movement together — across quotes, pay orders, invoices, settlements, and platform-fee accrual.
What flows through
- Client payments — on-platform payments and recorded external payments.
- Settlements — what reaches firms, net of the platform fee.
- Platform fees — the commission Fingaon charges firms, accrued and invoiced separately from client billing. See Platform fees.
Why admins watch this
Marketplace health shows up in the money: settlement timing, fee accrual, refunds, and disputes. This view is where you spot anomalies that individual firms wouldn't see from inside a single engagement.
Note
Client invoices never include the platform fee — that's strictly between Fingaon and the firm. Transactions is where the platform side of the ledger lives.
