Manage platform user accounts and the roles that govern their access.
Every account on Fingaon holds exactly one platform role, which is the first gate on what they can do.

CLIENT | A client using the Fingaon Hub. |
FIRM_ADMIN | An administrator of a service-partner firm. |
FIRM_USER | A member of a firm's team. |
ADMIN | Fingaon platform administrator. |
Within a firm, members also carry a firm role (Owner → Admin → Manager → Staff) that governs what they can do inside that firm's workspace. See Accounts & roles for the full picture.
What admins do here
- Look up an account and see its role and status.
- Understand access issues — for firm members, access follows their membership status (
ACTIVE,SUSPENDED,RELEASED), which takes effect immediately.
Tip
Most access questions resolve to a role or a membership-status change. Check those first before treating something as a bug.
