Audit Logs

The platform-wide activity trail for accountability and investigation.

The audit log records key actions across the platform — who did what, to which record, and when — providing the accountability trail admins rely on.

What it's for

  • Investigation — reconstruct the exact sequence of events on a request, account, or firm.
  • Accountability — answer "who changed this?" with certainty.
  • Disputes — provide an objective timeline when a client and firm disagree.

Scope

Firms have their own audit log scoped to their workspace; the platform audit log spans the marketplace. Between them, any action can be traced to an actor and a time.

Note

The audit trail is a read model — a record of what happened. It doesn't change state; it lets you prove it.
