Platform-level settings that govern how Fingaon behaves.
Platform configuration is where the rules everyone operates under are set — the levers that shape marketplace behavior without touching any individual engagement.
Typical levers
- Fees & commission — the platform commission range firms are charged, and how tax on it is handled. See Platform fees.
- Tax parameters — the GST rate applied to service value on quotes and invoices.
- Feature availability — which capabilities are enabled, and for whom.
Principle
Configuration changes ripple across every firm and client, so they're deliberate and centralised. Change them here once, rather than per firm.
Heads up
A change to fees or tax parameters affects future quotes and invoices — it never retroactively alters documents that were already issued.
